  • When I run...............

After about 5 miles, I get really hot like volcanic hot.

The thing is I feel really comfortable like I could run on forever, but at the same time I feel I could just as likely pass out just because I'm so ridiculously hot. I mean I'm from London and it's pretty cold here so it's pure body heat.

I'm only just experimenting with longer distances. And maybe I'm just not used to my body working so hard. But I feel like I get to that point it's safer to call it a day just in case I did just collapse in the street or something.

Does this sound normal to you guys? and should I just push on through?

I used to play a lot of football but I've never felt like I head my head stuck in an oven.

I know the feeling. You mentioned it's cold out...are you wearing a hat and warm clothes? That seems to be when it happens to me. When I run in shorts nothing's wrong, but it's too damn cold for that lol

Uh...I saw Ricky Hatton running up a mountain in the summer in Las Vegas, so I'm pretty sure being from the UK ain't the prob.

          How long is your hair?

When I had longer hair in school I would roast like a chicken running around playing football, now I've got it buzzed short I don't feel the heat as much, unless I put a hat on, instantly feel overwhelmed like you described

I sometimes get that feeling could be a bit of dehydration in their as well resulting in a sort of head-ache warmth type feeling, if it's the same thing I had.
