After about 5 miles, I get really hot like volcanic hot.
The thing is I feel really comfortable like I could run on forever, but at the same time I feel I could just as likely pass out just because I'm so ridiculously hot. I mean I'm from London and it's pretty cold here so it's pure body heat.
I'm only just experimenting with longer distances. And maybe I'm just not used to my body working so hard. But I feel like I get to that point it's safer to call it a day just in case I did just collapse in the street or something.
Does this sound normal to you guys? and should I just push on through?
I used to play a lot of football but I've never felt like I head my head stuck in an oven.
