      Boxing training at a proper club.
      Monday and wednesday 6-7:30
      Saturday morning 10-12

      Boxercise
      tuesday and thursday
      6:45- 8

      Friday and Sunday I just go for a run.

            Usually:

            mon, tues, thurs, fri: gym (boxing & strength / conditioning)
            wed & sat: cardio
            sun: off

            On top of this I'm currently doing 3 mile (light) runs Mon-fri in the am, empty stomach, as a fat burner for the next 6 weeks.

            My typical gym routine:

            Boxing:
            5 - 10 mins bike (warm up)
            10 mins skipping, 30 sec fast bursts at 4.30 & 9.30)
            x3 - 5 3min rnds shadow boxing (30sec breaks)
            x3 - 5 3min rnds sparring, pads or heavy bag (30 secs breaks)

            Strength training:

            200 stomach reps, combo of x20 reps of 10 exercises (lower ab, upper and oblique)
            100 press ups, combo of 2 or 3 styles
            50 chest presses (machine), x30 fly curl, x20 straight chest press both at 145lbs
            20 - 30 lunges with x2 8lb weights
            50 side to sides with x2 25lb weights
            50 calf raises with 90lb of weight, x2 sets of 25 reps
            25 squats, no weights
            x3 mins arms with 8lb weights, 30secs of 6 exercises (punches, uppercuts, ladder climb, etc)

            Warm down:
            15 min treadmill at 3.5mph
            Full body stretch: neck, arms, legs

            Usually my gym sessions are a couple of hours in the mid-late afternoon, occasionally early evenings. Always after food / carbs / sugars.

            My non-gym days (wed & sat), I run outside, usually a hard, fast as possible 5 mile run. I try to match or improve my own time with each run.

            Hope that helps, bare in mind it's taken me weeks and months to build up to this routine to where it feels comfortable, increase work gradually.
