    are you building your own gym? why not just go to the gym and use the equipment there? but that boxfit site has some dope shoes. thanks for the links

        And what exactly gave you the idea that I just hit a heavy bag? The quality of the bag does matter you know, try a ****ty cheap one and then hit a quality bag and you'll see a difference in shock absorbtion. I've hit ****ty quality old bags filled with what felt like lumps and they suck big time.

          Ya a really small home gym, selectorized dumbbells (powerblocks), hopefully an Ironmaster super bench with some of the available attachments, an angle bag and a couple of other things.

            we've got one from Fairtex. the usual style. but Pretty good. There are 2 sizes to choose 4 ft. and 5 ft.
