  • Looking to gain size but do alot of phys, any ideas?

I'm looking to put on a good bit of size but due to my job I'm doing phys once or twice a day. Its making it extremely hard to put on any size because I'm doing so much fitness. Is there any LEGAL supplements or drugs I can take which will help me gain size aswell as stay fit? Any tips at all?

No don't resort to drugs. Drugs are bad mmmmmmkay.

    Just eat, eat and eat!

this is how your body works: your muscles grow if your battery is full AND if the battery is used heavily. so if you lift heavy and a lot, really drain your battery, but then you eat like 6 meals a day with the right type of foods (fruit, veggies and lots of proteins, complex carbs and fibers if u wanna gain size), so keeping your battery full, your muscles will get bigger and healthier, you will gain size.

once you "stress" muscles, your muscles grow to adapt to the stress u put on it, such as heavy bench press. you will hit a plateau, so after 4 weeks, instead of doing a heavy bench press, u do a heavy dumbbell press. you do that for every body part. keep changing exercises, change the reps, sets, weights, so that the muscles can keep adapting to the stress u put on it.

the best way to get bigger is eat moreover complex carbs and proteins and train heavy for lower reps, make sure u keep adapting the exercises for every body part every 4-6-8 weeks.

make sure though that u start at the weight u can handle though, don't overdo it. it's a gradual process and u do it in your own way, don't look at others. just know at the end of the day you've given a 100% in your workout. if you feel you can give more, make sure you give more. and you don't need weights either, for example: you can do normal pushups, but also with pushups with ur hands or ur legs elevated or on one hand. try compound exercises to really drain the battery.

check this link here, for some creativity.

Thanks for the replies lads. Was in a habit of doing the same exercises for muscle groups for months at a time, and lifting a weight I was capable of doing 3 sets of 8 reps. Im going to up the weights and drop the reps to try and shock my muscles, and start switching exercises every month. Also going to start eating more meals a day along with a weight gain supplement (and maybe Kre Alkallyn tabs, used them before and got good results but ended up with high blood pressure, whether that was a result of the tabs I'm not sure) Just found out recently I'll be working in another country with not alot of food or access to a decent gym for a few months so will put all this into practice when I get back.
