does albolene work? what's better vaseline or albolene?

i like the way albolene makes me sweat...i get more into the workout when i am absolutely pouring sweat. you have to be very careful though and pay attention to hydration. remember your just losing water weight so its best use is before a weigh in. lose real weight through a fine tuned diet. good luck

I havent tried any others, but albolene has worked great for me. Got a few jars in my gym. Liquifys on contact almost and takes minimal effort to get a lather going.
