    What should I do to lose weight? I'm 180 I wanna get to 160. I use albolene, vaseline and a small diet. What should I add to my diet & workout!

    Burn off more calories than you are taking in. Simple as that. That means clean up your diet, and exercise.

    Using albolene and vaseline will only make you sweat more so you will lose some water weight but you will gain it back as soon as you eat and drink.

      Eat six small meals a day or so. Along with exercise it will really increase your weight loss.

        You should stop using albolene and vaseline. You should drink 270oz of water a day. You should have a workout in the morning and in the evening, up to 6 days a week. One of those workouts should be a run, a jumprope session, or something of that nature. The other can be weights, boxing, whatever. Even another run (which is the best way to lose weight, but you'll be emaciated).

        This will require a lot of energy so make sure to take your ******* like a big boy.
