    Im happy with my body, but I'd like to get to another level. What kind of training/nutrition program will help my muscles grow while maintaining or cutting body fat?

    well, as you know, there are special, magical programs out there designed just for you to achieve your goals, but unfortunately they are not free, so if you wanna know the secrets, ya gotta pay up buddy!

    come on dude, what kinda ****** vague question is this. workout hard, eat clean, workout hard some more, get rest. Theres the answer to your problem...

      I'm no expert on it but I gained about 3 quarters of a stone and got nicely cut just by doing pull-ups, chin-ups and push-ups religiously every day without fail.

      My meal sizes didnt go up that much, but it obviously depends on how big you want to get.
