come on dude, what kinda ****** vague question is this. workout hard, eat clean, workout hard some more, get rest. Theres the answer to your problem...

I'm no expert on it but I gained about 3 quarters of a stone and got nicely cut just by doing pull-ups, chin-ups and push-ups religiously every day without fail.
My meal sizes didnt go up that much, but it obviously depends on how big you want to get.
