That's very hard to do considering our bodies can only absorb a certain amount of nutrition at one time. Even personal trainers have told me that's what we need. Not saying it can't be done but hard lol. Like drinking a protein shake where it says you get 65 grams of protein per serving is pretty much bullcrap. You not gonna absorb that all in one serving. It's a good tactic for the companies to make money with all the servings they tell you to take. The sooner you run out the sooner you gotta buy more ! But I just try to get in some protein in all the meals I eat. Try to eat six small meals a day. I have a fast ass metabolism and thought it was impossible for me to gain weight. But exercise good and eat good and anything is possible

Yeah any exercise is a good start. As long as your form is good and you switch up your work out so your body doesn't get use to it. Continue to shock your system. I notice this way works better for me. I started gaining muscle this way.

Remember to stretch after you warm up or after you exercise. It's not good to stretch cold muscles. Stretching is over looked a lot but it's very important. It helps recovery time. Running and any cardio will benefit you when you start boxing. Trust me ! Keep doing what you do until you can join a gym. Then you can put your own stuff in place as far as lifting weights and all that.

^ yupp tht is true ive spent a good amount of time researching protein supplements in the past..that is true. i was jus wondering how it would be in the sport of boxing since cardio is such an important aspect of the game..means ur burning more calories..so for a skinnier person i was jus wondering how it would be. fighters who are fighting at like 135 - 145 don look skinny at all..i guess there mostly muscle lolll.

I'd agree with what a previous post said about worrying about the training. Weight doesn't matter right now.

But I know when I started (135 lbs), I gained almost 10 lbs of muscle. I don't know. It was weird.
