  • Lower back pains...

It's not a muscle.. I tried icy hot.. Pills... heating patches.. Nothing...

    Can it be my kidneys?

I went to the doctors and they said it might be. I'm waiting for Wednesday for tests and results, but what do ya think?

This pain is excruciating.. It's sharp and it gets worse when it wants!

I went online and look for the symptoms, and majority of them matched. I have the Golden Gloves coming up but it seems unlikely now. I don't know if I should fight or not. I want to though.

Chug water bro. If it is it water filters your kidneys.

Are you taking any kind of supplements? if so STOP!

Sleep or rest lots too...I'm not a doctor but those are my suggestions.

I hope you get better bro!

the bold is an awful idea

the main function of the kidneys is regulation of fluids and electrolytes... if you're kidneys are suspect, you dont want to put more on them than you need to!

but the kidneys are tremendously vital... easily one of the most important organs in the body.... whatever you find out w/ a physician: DO IT!

              I'm not taking any.

I usally take protien shakes after a workout and such.. You think it has to do with weight loss also?

I mean I go to the gym and when I work out sometime.. My cheeks looks weight drained and ****, but I eat right and etc.. My weight is around 122ish right now.

This pain started like late Novemeber... and last week it has gotten worst. I went to the doctor and I have tests on Wednesday, so yea.. I guess i'll find out soon, but just wanted to see what others though..

I've rested these past 3 days. I feel inactive already.. I'm usually running or at the gym.. This is not good.

Also thanks for the advice guys. Much appreciated.

                best wishes man

if you're still taking the protein daily, i'd cut back some... protein is a large mostly insoluble molecule that is hard on fluid balance

when im taking protein in large quan****** during big workouts i can tell the difference

This is funny because I checked online and there were examples..

Like recently I've been wanting to piss more.. I mean it doesn't hurt or anything. Sometimes when I wake up its a large amount and its foamy when it hits the water. I'm thinking its just like that because its a lot lol.

but this pain.. Its annoying.. I be sparring and it doesn't hurt.. Only after.. and when I stretch also. Even when I wake up.. I get up and I feel the pain.. It sucks.

If your sure it is not a muscle thing than it could have something to do with your nerves and discs. A lot of people (myself included) have bulging or degenerative discs that cause a flare up in back pain at times. You should try taking two Aleve twice a day to help inflammation and see if it helps at all.
