can eating unhealthy food

Yeah, it definitely can in many different ways. Think about this way... Your body is like a car, and food is like the fuel you put in your car. If you put ****ty fuel in your race car, it will not run as good as if you had put some top of the line fuel in. Same concept.

It most definitely can. Your body actually needs better quality food after rigorous workouts so it can begin rebuilding immediately. It's like running long distances and trying to replenish by drinking soda instead of something healthier like a sports drink or water.

for me I have dropped the coffee and the sodas and just that alone has made me feel much better I have more energy when I am at my workouts. I drink heaps of water and have tried to eat as healthy as possible no junk, it has made a big difference, and I just feel better all round.
