NO BRO... WE put DUCK tape on OUR DOuble end bags. Right were the cable meets the bag. Try This with duck tape and wrap half way up the cable. Should stiffen. made more for speed punchers. So if you like to POp, POP, POP you'll be good

I believe the one is the video of zab has a bungee cord from the bag to the ceiling and then just rope to the floor.

He uses surgical rubber bought from a medical supply store. It's fast and not too expensive. The top is a rope/string and the bottom is the rubber tubing.

It's not as easy as he makes it look.

anyone watch 24/7 and notice the double end bags at wild card gym? if you youtube manny training you will see him on the bag....they are pulled tight and it looks like some type of elastic rope securing it. if i pulled my black cables this tight it they would snap. any ideas?

i get that tighter is faster...what im saying is if you take the standard black cables that title/ringside sell and knot and stretch them to be as tight as in the example manny pacman video...they are stretched past their limit.....im saying it looks as if they are secured in another fashion than these black rubber epdm cables
