    Meal replacements, like herbalife, has worked wonders for more than one person I know.
    You'd still need to use creatine and whey protein in order to keep functioning while training though.

      1. Liposuction (doesn't help much with the nutrition though) ^
      2. The food pyramid (it is such an old proven method that even the ancient Egyptians made great monuments to its legendary power!) *
      3. minimum of 90 minutes exercise an hour **
      4. If liposuction doesn't work then use a straw (only applies to water people in outer space as shown in the documentary Futurama) ***
      5. Having someone confiscate and destroy any food that you try to eat which would put the food pyramid out of proportion ****

        1. Make every day activities more challenging, add additional body weights to make casual tasks more challenging.
        2. Stay away from ready made meals and fast foods.
        3. Eat when you are hungry, and not when its usual time to eat.
        4. Find things you like to do, and do them more often.
        5. Set yourself goals and challenges.
