    Train everyday yes or no?.

Usually train daily but muscle fatigue will eventually set in an feel my performance suffer, thing is when I rest for 1 day the next day when I start training although I feel stronger its like my body is still in rest mode and its a ***** until I get well into a session.

    Anyone else like that?

It depends I used to train everyday, and what I considerd a day off was a mile n a half jog.

Depends on how you train and what you train. I train 5 days a week. For the past 3 months I have trained everyday but taking one day off a month. If you eat right and consume a lot of protein you should be ok. Just as long as you don't over work one muscle group. So make sure you mix it up.

You can traineveryday but then you really need to know what you are doing.

You canīt stay up all night and get 5 hours of sleep.

You canīt eat junk food and forget to drink water one day.

You canīt do 400 push ups every day.

But if you can balance sleep, food and training in a healthy way then you will of course benefit from heavy training

I would probably recommend a day off every 2 weeks or so either way.

i think variety is key to training to stop ur body getting used to it and more importantly stop getting bored...

alternate cardio and weights and have 1 day off...if you don't take time off ur body won't recover and you'll feel overtrained like you say..

maybe look into diet to give you that boost when u need it?
