yeah sure man you can. not sure if they will last a loooooooong time if you use them basically every day on everything, thats a lot for gloves to go through. but the quality is awesome so they will last long

I think I'm gonna get them then I tried on a pair and it's like no glove I've ever put my hand in before. It's crazy

yeah i know im selling some of the gear that im not using to invest in winning gear instead. the only thing people are bothered by is that you cant really feel your knuckles when you hit the bag/mitts with them but outside of that theyre amazing gloves

I would recommend using them for sparring and the mitts but not the bag. get a cheeper pair for the bag you can where-out. Then they will last a very long time. If you **** on the bag it really takes a toll on a nice pair of gloves

the bag is heavy so you better protect your hands.

well they may be only gloves but they are 250 dollar gloves. Its also nice to keep a pair of gloves with good knuckle padding on them for sparring. I mean you can do whatever you want but you can get good protection from a pair of oldschool bag gloves and handwraps and they are cheep.

For the price of those man you could get two sets of gloves. one for sparring and the other for bag work.

You can find great gloves for under $100.
