      sorry comment may have seemed a bit retort and mean but saying that **** is just simply dogging out the other fighter and making him seem like a "****" fighter rather than a person who worked for some talent, one of the things people forget is Boxing has a sense of respect in it, if you can't respect your opponent, then at least knock his ass out and respect him before bitching about his punches not hurting and your ass getting tired

            ****ing can actually boost your testosterone before a sporting event. But the extra energy burned is where u messed up homeh. Just eat a few more calories, and tear that ass up.

                  Masterbation or Sex is bad before training.. During both, you lose *****.. It takes testosterone to make *****. Testosterone creates energy.. Therefore, masterbating or sex = energy sapping..

                    it affect you cos it takes up loads energy

                    15 mins sex worth sooo much cardio so 4-5 hours is like military exercise lol

                    also it takes your testosterone so you less aggressive and less competitive
