  • [Video] Me hitting heavy bag looking for help

What do you think. I started boxing few months ago. Coach told me i suck at it, and I bought into it. He say my right arm and leg are bad and that i hit wide and anyone my weight would kill me. So if you have some positive tips and critiquing for me that would be amazing! Thanks!

i think your misplacing your front foot or maybe it's just the camera angle other than that kep your hand a little bit up and try do do mora then 1-2 combos like finishing it with your lead hand

Your feet are too wide, which gives you more punching power but overcommits you. As soon as your opponent counters you'll only be able to go in one direction; a trained boxer will instinctively build his attack along the direction you're committed to and you will be walking into a meat grinder.

Get up on the balls of your feet and try the old Rocky trick of tying your feet together with 20-24" of line.

i like the right hand...the one two is fluid..sharp.
justtry more combinations like jab-right hand - left to the body - left to the head. do it exlosively over and over again moving your head, i love that combination and its lethal

More head movement, better foot work. Watch how fighters move lightly on the balls of their feet, but are always in position to punch.

But some nice punches, especially the body right uppercut/hooks.

Also, i try and mix things up to not be predictable. Maybe throw a few feints.

My comment has nothing to do with this thread -

Your signature is fantastic! Most people have never heard of Son House, he seems to fit boxing too in some way.
