    Wrist pain

Basically I was in the gym bench pressing and I had my wrist bent while pumping which damaged it, its over a month now and i have tried to rest it by not going gym but i decided to go gym anyways and i still have the same pain and weak feeling in my wrist whenever i do pushups it allways pulls a sharp pain.

    Any tips if possible ?

Same thing happens to me when i bench, i have to remember to keep both wrists straight. The only thing i can recommend you is that you give them time to heal, dont put stress on your wrists for about a week and see how they feel. If your constantly putting them under stress then your not giving them a chance to heal.

      Get some wrist supports mate.

      Something like this.

I have the same problem and it helps.

I used to find that id end up rolling over on my wrist while i sleep some times pinning it in a weird position under my body weight, if my wrist was allready sore it seemed like it would take forever to heal.

I started wearing a wrist support when i went to bed and my wrist seemed to heal alot more quickly.
