i know how hard it is sometimes to find the motivation to wake up at 4 in the morning to do a run or get in the gym.
and even when you force yourself to go the gym, there are just days when you just aren't "feeling it".
well here are some things that help me get through these plateaus. and i hope this will help with the lack of motivation you are having.
