  • muscle ache...

    i had to take 2-3 weeks off from the gym and started again tuesday...but when i went today my chest and biceps was really sore from tuesdays work out and i could hardly do anything..my muscles felt really stiff and felt like they where being over stretched...is there anything i can do to ease this at all? how long will it take until im back to normal??

    Yes, its called warming up to a light sweat and dynamic stretching.

      Yup, I agree with the warming up and doing dynamic stretching. You can also ice after you train and you may want to consider getting some recovery supps. They really help.
