    So now that we have deemed super cushioned shoes to be bad for your joints in the long run, does this make chuck taylors ok again since they have little support? as long as you dont heel strike?

    yeah, pretty much!

    if you're doing a good mid-foot strike, chuck-t's are the way to go.

          SWEEEEETTT I LOVE these shoes, the only reason i never wore them is cause i thought they were bad for your feet, its actually pretty much common knowledge these days lol, im never buys another shoe again!!! except maybe the vibrams lol.

                So does this include running? Not that Im thinking of trying it, but im trying to retrain my foot not to heel strike, and im probably gonna spend alot of time in these shoes.
