Dont know the specific acronyms but ive been training on the bag on and off for years. Random Punches is exactly what it sounds like, a combination of random punches(jabs, hooks, uppercuts....)

not a bad work out for now. your'e doing the important exercises for your legs to strengthen them i would add walking lunges with 10-20lb weights or stationary lunges.i wouldn't do squats 3 times a week tho that might be a bit much.i would throw in push ups, pull ups or chin ups.i would do more exercises for your back, shoulders, forearms as well as ur biceps.skipping rope is excellent for footwork so thats good.

i would hold off on the bags until you learn proper technique, distance etc until you join a boxing gym and learn from a trainer.you need to work the double end bag as well its essential very important.

what boxing gym are you joining ?

Im boxing for the fun of it bro, not to compete. Walking lunges does sound a like a great idea, ****in love backyard walking lunges haha. Also gotta remember, power cleans and BB rows also hit the biceps, thats why I dont add much work for them. And the fact there the most overrated muscle group. Ide rather go work some legs or back. Im going to Titans in Merrick, has everything I need to start off. I want to join Gleasons in the future though. Its a bit far from me.
