Does anyone have a link to a website that has diagrams of the proper movements of basic boxing punches?
Can show foot placement, body rotation, arm direction and rotations?
Doesn't have to show all of this stuff, I can draw some of the arrows and work other parts with demo's....... As complete of the picture as you can get me would be helpful.....
Its for an inservice I have to give about using boxing training methods to decrease Parkinson's symptoms. (I thought I could get by simply with demo's but they said I needed pictures also)
