Jogging normal route: lost 4 pounds, I was 205 but when I came home I weighed myself I was 201. Hit heavybag for 12 rounds for 3 minutes with 30 second breathers between each round. I was kind of shocked that I hit the heavybag probably like over 2,000 times for 12 rounds and only lost 1 messily pound.

Now is that because I lost most of my weight from jogging and you can only lose so much weight per day or hitting the heavy bag doesn't really do nothing? I was moving when hitting it too, I wasn't stationary and I was doing head-movements like if I was in an actual fight.

And now I'm going to be eating chinese food so I'll probably put like 2 or 3 pounds back on.

How was your intensity during the 12 rounds? And what size gloves were you using?

I think I wear 12oz or 16oz blue everlast gloves. There the same kind that Jason Litzau guy was wearing when he was hitting the pads but I doubt they were the same size. I didn't punch with full force at times because my hands were getting sore, so I was throwing combination to the body and to the head of the bag.

Most likely-actually I'm positive that the 4 lbs you lost jogging was water-weight. You didn't lose much from hitting the heavy bags because of this reason. Try switching up your routine where you hit the heavy bags first, and then see if it's still the case.

You were just losing water weight from sweating that will be put back on as soon as you drink.

90% of the 5 lbs. you lost exercising was water, whereas 50% of the 3 lbs. of Chinese Food will be fat.

            Congratulations.

I can lose up to 1 stone per week .I don't do it tho ( don't have to ) .It's not good for the body .I just train with that intensity when the weekend comes and i'm chilling and it stays off me .People say 1 pound a week's healthy ( not up to 10 14 ) .Opt for something healthy in the chinese man here's some tips on what to eat

Its ALL, ALL, ALL about eating.

I've had the flu for the last week........had no appetite, honestly some days all I had to eat was 1 jamaican beef patty and a banana...and I dropped just a bit over 10lb in a week.

I was already cut, now I cant pinch anything.
