When I'm training, it's a gym workout for 3-4 hours 5-6 days a week, and a run when I get time/feel up to it. Usually 3x/week, mornings.
This time around, I'll be in the gym 2-5x per week and running 5-6x per week, mornings. I want to increase the running relative to the gymwork, which is generally the wrong thing to do, but for my current situation and style I think it's the right move.

I practice my boxing about 4 times a week. I don't run (yet) I just jumprope and exert all my energy in my practicing. I do bursts of shadowboxing for 30 seconds inbetween each set.
