    My diet consists of pretty much anything. I don't binge on sugars, but I also don't cut them from my diet. I've tried to stop eating candy and junk food, but I eat them every once in a while. I drink water as much as possible and have completey cut out soda from my diet. I drink water, juice, and milk. Agan, I eat pretty much anything. I don't overdue it, but I'm not as healthy as I should be.

    Thanks for the advice! I train for boxing and that's a major reason as to why I'm trying to cut down in weight. I wanna get faster and leaner.
    Swag... put down the phone. You can't be focused if you are texting during your workouts. You have to decide how much you want to train, how committed you are, and what you want to accomplish, whether it is for an actual fight, or to get into shape.
