  • Pre & post workout supplements???

I have a tournament in 3 moths, I have been working pretty hard on cardio & speed, now I am going to start working with weights and cardio again using Kettle bells because I don't want to move and look like frankenstein. Now I would like to use pre & post workout supplements to help me out a little bit. I don't have to worry too much about the weight because I am a heavy weight and I already lost 18 pounds in 2 month doing cardio, I am 6'1'', and I weight 220, Can some one recommend me real pre & post workout supplements?

    Pre and Post

For a pre workout personally I take USP Labs Jack3d its not bad tasting and man does it get you going!

For post workout you want something recovery oriented, I take a whey isolate protein and glutamine. These really help with the recovery process and rebuilding the damanged muscles from training.

Check out my store, I offer wholesale prices on everything and right now I have jack3d about the cheapest you will find on the net. As a boxing scene member you will get an additional 10 percent off if you email me for the promo code.

The info is in my signature.

I heard about NO xplode as pre work out, which do you think is better and why

They are pretty similar, I stock both of them. No Xplode is more expensive and more bitter tasting the amount. Jack3d has 1,3 Dimethylamylamine which is supposed to mimic the effect of adrenalin. No Xplode has Ener-Tropic Xplosion which is supposed to do the same thing. It really boils down to personal preference. Cost wise jack3d is the way to go.

For post workout I would like just one product, I was recommended to use Premium Whey Protein, does it really work?

I used no xplode before every day, and I did not get use to the caffeine, I know that every single body is different but it worked for me, all you need to do is to drink a lot of water and you are going to be ok.
