I use 14oz twins specials for sparring and hitting the bag ...their Muay Thai glove and some of the strongest gloves i have ever used...they got a real strong wrist support which is really handy if you suffer the odd wrist injury like i do !

Did you try putting an athletic tape on wrist before putting on hand wraps?

What's the benefit of hitting the heavy bag with 14oz gloves? I usually use 10oz gloves.

Well your hands are safe and you can really hit the bag hard....

What's the benefit of hitting it with small gloves??

I'm getting the hook and loop imfs even though I'm using them for sparring. Just check ringside and type imf they show both styles now, too bad theres no 16 oz.
