Which is the best gym in Vancouver?

Hey I am an amatuer boxer I have been on and off for the last 5 or 6 years. I only have 15 fights though because life has been getting in the way. Anyway I live in Toronto currently but I am moving to Vancouver at the end of this month and I want to keep boxing. I had looked into one gym but they told me they charged $125 a month to go there and the only coach is some woman who has only a handful of amatuer bouts she never even made it into the open class. The club I box out of now is only 40 bucks a month and there are usually 4 or 5 coaches there and lots of good sparring with very good amatuers and a couple of professionals. I dont take boxing seriously in terms of going professional, but I do truly love the sport and I love to get in the ring and box with people. If I am at a gym I want to be at a tough gym where I can really be pushed.

I just want to know where in town is the best boxing club. I mean a real boxing club thats in the bad part of town with maybe a few leaks in the ceiling and it kind of smells like old sweat. Not one of these new fancy McGyms. Anyway hopefully someone from out there can steer me in the right direction.
