    I would say somewhere around 3000-3500 depending if I train on that day or not.

      i try to stay around 2500, cuz i need to lose weight. but i'd rather work out more than eat less, hehehe.

          2000-2400, this summer when i was losing weight i was at 1600-1800, that was hard as hell but i did it.

                I am eating around 4200 a day... But I train almost every day. Will take 1 day break some times.

                    Man i am in a similar boat! just about/over 2000 working out 5 instead of 6 days

                    I find little need to eat much nowdays.. just drinking lots of water/eating small and lots does it for me
