Totally depends on the following factors:
    1.) If I have access to a gym/training resources.
    2.) If I'm feeling lazy/not motivated.
    3.) If I have time.
    4.) My current shape/skills.

Typically if I don't have many resources (at home), I try to do:

Running or biking (how long/far depends on many things)
    Loosen up/warm-up/stretching - 10 minutes
Shadowboxing: 2x3 minute rounds with 30 second break between rounds.
Jeff Fenech's arm endurance workouts: 2 rounds weighted, 2 rounds free.
Slip bag with shadowboxing: 10 minutes
    Jump rope: 5 minutes

    Warm down: 10 minutes

    Sit-ups: 100
    Crunches: 100
    Oblique sit-ups: 200
    Squats: 100
    Neck exercises: 10 minutes.

When in the above phase, I don't do running or biking too often. Maybe 1/3 days.

Now if I have access to a gym or proper equipment and I'm in ideal shape and motivated and have weeks of free time, I try to aim for:

    6 AM:
    Running 3-5 miles.

    12 PM
    Loosen up/warm-up/stretching - 15 minutes.
Shadowboxing: 3x3 minute rounds with 30 second break between rounds.
Punch mitts: 3x3 minute rounds with 30 second break between rounds.
Heavy bag: 5x3 minute rounds with 30 second break between rounds.
    Slip bag: 10 minutes total.
    Speed bag: 15 minutes.
    Jump rope: 15 minutes.

    Warm down/break: 10 minutes

    Sit-ups: 100
    Crunches: 100
    Oblique sit-ups: 200
    Push-ups: 100
    Squats: 100
    Neck exercises: 10 minutes.

But that only happens about one or two months per year.

I might have left out a couple things, but that's the meat of it.
