    workut routine for boxing?

    i want to workout twice a week as boxing on the other days is intense, so twice a week seems reasonable without overtraining.plus itll give me enough time to recover for boxing days.


    what im confused on is what program to use. does anyone know what i could do for strength training twice a week?

    Do you mean you want a strength programme with Boxing on seperate days? Good idea I think but I would go with 3 days Boxing and two days on strenght/cardio if that is possible.

    On the Strength days, focus on Triceps, Traps, Abs and most importantly legs. Try and replicate the intensity of Boxing in your cardio as well.

      can you enlighten me, whats traps muscle got to do in boxing?
