  • Ice Bath - Recovery

We currently supply our Inflatable Ice Bath product to elite and semi pro athletes and we have started to see the product adopted by more and more athletes to aid recovery after training and competition. I would welcome some feedback from coaches/boxers on whether they currently use ice baths and there comments on the benefits. For further information/protocols/product videos please visit whitegoldfitness com

I use a combination of hot and cold water.

cold to bring down the swelling and hot to increase the circulation of lactic acid and stuff then cold to bring down the swelling then hot in crease circulation. i have my tub filled with cold water an my sink filled with hot water and wash cloths i soak in the tub then d**** hot wash cloths over my shoulders back and legs once they lose some heat im back in the tub and the wash cloths are back in the hot water.

I have an ice bath after my fights and I feel alot better in the mornings. My muscles aren't nearly as stiff and sore.
