Usually I do around 12-16 rounds of that stuff in the gym (pads, floor to ceiling ball, bag etc) 4-8 rounds of sparring, and 4-8 rounds of drills. Plus sometimes 3-4 rounds of fitness work at the end. It depends.
And I'm in the gym 4 days per week.
Same. I try to aim for 20, but rarely get past 16. I just have too much going on to stick in the gym that long.
I only go to the actual boxing gym twice a week during the school year though. The rest of the time I work on my own adding sprints, hill sprints, tempo runs, and HIIT to boost my athletic performances.
