I can get the 2 kilometers in 8 minutes 15 seconds, and I feel 13-14 on the scale... but if I am planning to do more than 2 kilometers, I run on a pace 5minutes for one kilo

I've never done this test before, but running 2K in just under ten minutes for me is extremely easy.

        So I'd say between 7 and 9?

Amazing differences with people that have asthma and people that don't. Thanks for replies.

first of all: not familiar with the scale.

i normally run a 7km run in 30 minutes, last time 40, cuz i am in BAD shape and my tank ran out, hahaha. this is due to studying priorities though. this is mostly done at 9-11, although last time it was 12-15. 2km within 10 minutes would be a 8 - 10 regularly and 11 - 13 in my current shape, lol.

it is very do-able with some dedication and practice. and Jerome Bettis is also an asthmatic, that dude could run like the wind with 4 guys on his back! that should be an inspiration to all asthmatics, i feel, right?
