Lot of carbs in the bread, sugar in the jelly and fat in the peanut butter...

It's not bad like a cheeseburger, but not good like a grilled chicken sandwich..

Of course you can use whole wheat bread, sugar free jelly, and low fat peanut butter, so it depends on what particulars you are using.

its not bad for you perse but its not something that should be eaten daily. If you like it, eat it twice a week at most.

Pretty much... it's definitely not like munching fries and burgers every day, but it's still high in fat and calories..

Cause I don't eat junk. Eating whatever I want doesn't mean junk, when I do eat junk its basically on a monthly basis; usually either a tasty NYC pizza or some Wendys

So do you just eat healthly all year round? Or still eat junk, but just hit the gym every day & burn it off?

As others have said, not the worst thing you could eat, get wholegrain bread, low fat pb and organic jelly and not too bad
