A lot of my buddies though are the opposite, sweatpants and sweatshirts even when it's 110 degrees. Whatever makes you comfortable really. i dont care if people look at me like a douche i just want something comfortable to wear and the gym at my school isnt a boxing gym its just like a normal weightroom with the weights, machines and treadmils and stuff like that

usually when i work at home with my bag or weights i wear sweatpants/shorts and any shirt or with a hoody depending if its summer or winter time.

I picked one up and I love it. I wear it under a sleeveless t-shirt but it feels a lot better than wearing a sweat soaked shirt. If people care what you are wearing when you workout (unless its totally outrageous) then they likely have a lot more to worry about than that.
