Just get some whey protein and make a shake with it (milk, peanut butter, bananas, etc.)

Yea listen to that guy whey protein and mix it with milk after a workout and your good to go. Protein shakes are good as your 2nd/6th meal aka your snack accompanied by a protein bar if you would like to. Just do something to get some protein and try lifting some weights.Comment
