im my muscle milk or any protein powder,i blend 1 egg,2 big scoops of peanut butter,3 big scoops of ice cream and about 5 oz of rice milk.dont get any chocolate flavors tho.all you will taste is the ice creamComment

- 1 cup oats
- protein powder
- greens mix
- cup of mixed berries
- cup of milk
- banana
