I busted my nose when I was a kid and after that, my nose was always really quick to bleed. Easy way to fix it is to have it cauterized. Unfortunately for me, the first time I had it done, it was just some yo-yo pediatrician who decided he could McGuyver the **** on the spot and stabbed me in the nose with a stick full of chemicals. That ******. So make sure it's an ears, nose and throat doctor who does it.

I'll probably get sued for giving medical advice without a license, but I used to get nosebleeds often in sparring too.

An older boxer recommended two things; I did them both and since then I've never had a nosebleed.

      1. I got a product called Witch-hazel. You can find it at any drug store. I put it on a swab and swabbed it up in my nose every night for about a week. It didn't burn at all.

      2. The second thing he recommended was to literally snort salt (just regular table salt). So I poured a "line" of salt on my kitchen counter and used a straw in each nostril to snort the salt into my nose, using technique that would make any addict proud. I did this for several nights.

Again, this is not my advice; do those things at your own risk. For me they worked.

Try applying some vaseline in your nostrils before you start training or sparring if this doesn't help then you may have to have your nose cauterized.
yep this is what I did and it worked pretty good, I haven't had a real nosebleed since, just a few trickles of blood and thats it. Thanks for the advice.

I just sparred for only my 3rd time today and my nose started bleeding like crazy from a decent punch but nothing that should've made me bleed. I think it's because I got a bloody nose a few days ago so it was still healing but damn was I embarrassed.
