Anyone got any good warm ups for knees youd reccomend?
what kind of clicking, does it sound like multiple camera like clicking,or is it more like socket wrench, you should probably do leg knee limbering up before hand,

seems like your tendons/cartilage are rusty. You should probably work on your flexibility, the clicking is a warning sign that your flexibility is either not up to par or is diminishing.

you may be speculating on this,i think that sound differences will tell the story, either a socket wrench click when either in reverse or forward or a multiple camera shot like click, these two cilcking sounds should be able to tell us a little more
