Uhh join a real boxing gym if you want to go ama.
And you need to work on the technique of your punches.
You're pretty fast, but you need to focus more on the technique of your punches rather than how fast they are.
Other than that it's looks pretty solid.Comment

nice lil bag u got there. u should go to a gym asap. ur friends may think it looks good but thats because they dont know what there lookin at but to me u dont that great. go to a gym fight in the amatures for atleast 3 or 4 years then think about becoming pro, that is unless u dont want to be successful then u can just turn pro tomorrow if u want. good luck! how old r u by the way?Comment

if you wanna fight in amateur or pro no elbowing and no kneeing lol and get some gloves otherwise your hands won't be use for anything if you keep punching the bag bare handed...Comment

you need to learn how to hit a bag,you swing wildly,no combinations,you probably did not it the bag for a couple of weeksafter this demonstration as you r knuckles must of been shredded and your wrists spained
