  • Are these standing heavy bag tubes any good?

I dont want to make holes in my ceilings and walls and havent got room or space, and i dont think my walls and neighbours could handle a bracket and heavy bag.

Are these standing bags good acceptable alternatives? Its either this or a standing man!

I would not suggest either, standing heavybags are mostly for kids and standing dummies are good for combination work and accuracy but you can't use it to devellop power.

If you are a pretty big guy you will wreck that thing within a month or two.

Standing bags are for kids? That has put me off a bit. But i dont really think ive got any alternative. Im sure its better than nothing. Hitting that kids toy will be better than hitting air is how im thinking. But i just wanted opinions on people who have owned one, so thanks anyway.

I have hit the standing man before and did think it was too hard to hit full force as well. That was my first thought actually. They should develop one where you can go all out full force. Not that i hit hard.
