I have a big taste for sushi and I know its a good source of protein, But I was curious if it is good to eat while trying to lose weight as it is often wrapped with white rice and most sushi bars are all you can eat? Also, me and my brother were discussing yesterday the amount of estrogen in Tofu. I always thought it was a myth, but I found a couple links that state different(wont let me post the links because I dont have enough posts). Any info would be good, because I want to hit the sushi bar ASAP. Thanks lads
