    I'm fighting a guy that's 150 and my coach asked my weight i lied and I said 155 but I was 165 at the time. The fight is in 3 days. I managed to get down to 158 in one day is it possible to squeeze out any more before the fight. I haven't eaten much or drunk too much today. I'm on break today on thursday I'm gonna trrain with sweater, ankle and hand weights, friday and saturday I will take a nice break, the fight is saturday evening. Will the weight come out on time and any tips for temporary weight loss.

    get a strong laxative spend a night in the toilet youll loose whatever you have to just make sure that in the fight day you have energy and strenght to fight that's what some guy once told me lol dunno if itwill work

      You may die if you exert yourself too much blah blah blah-- but if you don't eat or drink for a day or two, you can lose 3 lbs. easy.

        my meals are mainly proteins such as chicken and eggs right now.i drink about 2 cups of water a day is that ok?

          Tell your coach you can't take the fight. Better that then wasting everyones's time when you show up and either can't make the weight, or you do make the weight and then have no energy and gas out in 3 seconds.
