225 8 reps, 265 6 reps, 295 4 to 5 reps then go back to 265 and 225 for fatigue. for dumb bells 35 8 reps, 40 6 reps, 45 4 to 5 reps then back down to fatigue all the way to 20lb dumb bells. basically i just triangle to fatigue on bench press, curls, military press, etc

I know it's a myth that boxer's shouldn't use weights but I just never got into them. Aside from when I was running the 400m in college. I use a lot of body weight and resistance exercises.

I go for time and not reps. Like 30 seconds do as many as I can . It feels more specific to boxing.

I try to loosely follow Michael Colgan's guide, I do 10 reps, then 6 reps and finish with 8

Me too, but I do one minute.

I also do quick movements with lighter weights until I can't do any more reps.
