Do people think these gloves are good for hitting focus mitts, and also for sparring? They are quite cheap for gloves as you may have noticed, so would they be any good?

Why do they say they are for light sparring? Why cant i use them for hard sparring full contact? Ive only got little hands but i bought the 12 oz gloves.
