  • Train everyday yes or no?

Usually train daily but muscle fatigue will eventually set in an feel my performance suffer, thing is when I rest for 1 day the next day when I start training although I feel stronger its like my body is still in rest mode and its a ***** until I get well into a session.

    Anyone else like that?

I always feel the same way for the first portion of my workout after a rest day. But after I shake off the rust I start to feel much better. I Usually need to go in have a long warm up/stretch and then really go at the bag for about 6 rounds hard. Feel like **** when I do it and then take like two rounds off. Then when I go back into it I feel ready to go. But I definitely know exactly what your talking about. The longer I'm off the harder it is to shake off the rust but once I do I can really feel the benefits of letting my body have some time to heal up.

Chael Sonnen says he's trained every single day except Christmas since he was 9 years old.

No you need to rest. Training everyday is not a good idea unless your a professional athlete. From my experience 3 times a week is plenty if you train hard enough, and i mean none of this slack business.. then inbetween your rest days you can go hit the road work.

Chael did not say that. Nope, he didn't. Even if there is video evidence of him saying that. In front of the Supreme Court. With Jesus as court reporter. He didn't say it. Just like he has no twitter account.

You need to rest 1 day of the week so your body gets the appropriate rest.

Do some light work on that day, but have some kind of rest.

              Your body really needs it.

If Mayweather trains 6 days a week, so can you.

You're right. It's not Chael. It's someone with an Hispanic accent.

I think Chael Sonnen and James Toney should do a buddy sitcom together.

haha i like your tweets guys.

you can train everydday, but you have to switch it up and make sure certain muscle groups rest. u can never go 100%.

if you don't feel ready after having a day rest, maybe you need a better warming up. it's always with me, when we do our strong conditioning stuff, thats when i really wake up and get ready to box.
