I got a catchweight bout at 150lbs, which is 68kg on sept 12th

im currently 65.5 and my trainer said eat how much you want so the bout goes thru

my fitness at the moment is very good, how can i put on a kilo or 2 without my fitness going down and gaining faT?

makes more sense? to a world of decimal places. but for the rest of us who like to 1/2 1/4 and 1/8 things while still working with intergers the customary units of the usa make much much more sense.
