when you move to the left some times you move your back foot and kinda just pivot on your front bringing your back foot close to crossing up and putting you in a less balanced stance, you should move your left foot first when you move to your left.

Not trying to be mean at all but you're very skinny (not even sure why I'm pointing that out). You could benefit by throwing better and more frequent combinations and most importantly working on head movement. I see zero head movement and that's no good, especially if you don't do it after throwing a combination which is the most important time to do it. At least you understand the importance of moving around though. Overall grade: C-

Thanks for the advice... yes I know I'm very skinny lol. i am 5'7 and 114 pounds, and I'm 17 years old. i haven't grown an inch in like 2 years and i have put on around 4 pounds tops. but i'm thinking that i would be pretty tall for my weightclass so atleats thats an advantage.

Extend the arms when you jab or throw your 2...and when you throw your two sometimes you telegraph your punch and drop your left hand when you throw it and dont put it back in place...sharp punches by the way!

U have good crisp punches but you need to throw body punches and uppercuts. Work on combinations like:

              1) leftjab/lefthook and right to the body.
              2)leftjab/right cross/lefthook to the body
              3)leftjab/ left uppercut/ right cross

Work on the mechanics and technique of your hooks especially. There are 100's of vids explaining them on youtube, and 3 or 4 of them are actually helpful.

Unlike everyone else here I'm not an expert boxing trainer. All I can say is you looked pretty good to me.

i think u did pretty good buddy, sharp and quick punches, try to put punches together go to the body, move around. i think overall it'll be helpful if u relax, move ur upperbody and head, work more on your toes a bit. try it out.

and keep your balance above your feet, not forward too much, don't lean in too much at any time, especially not when stepping in. extend those jabs and throw full angle hooks. when u throw them too short, they don't have enough power.

when u throw the right hand, twist it all the way in, knuckles parallel to the ground, like on my avatar! lol. thats how u put power behind it.

this is advanced stuff though, u really have potential.
