    Powerplate any good?

Hey recently took a tour round 2 different gyms both very good with sauna, pool etc to chill out in after. One gym has a few powerplate machines though it cost a 10 quid more every month, anyone know if these machines are effective at all? Or it's a bit of hype? Seems a little too good to be true.

Same question with the different ab belts on the market.

To be clear though I'm not looking for an easy fix and I'm running 5-6 miles 4 to 5 dAys a week. Just looking for anything which will help even more
